Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (Excluding the postage). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Speed Exchange If you need a quick exchange, you may consider using Speed Exchange service. Speed exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original purchase. We will charge you for the new merchandise ordered and postage. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise. We'll credit your account once we receive it. Please note that Speed Exchanges can only be processed and sent to the original address. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Some states do not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties. If a PIAA product is suspected of being defective, it must be submitted freight prepaid, to us. The receipt or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem must be included. | | Back Order Policy | | Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days.
