Shipping & Delivery Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your order is denied, we will refund your payment immediately.

We offer basically three types of shipping service: Register Mail, Parcel, and Express Mail Service.

• Register Mail - Delivery in 1-3 weeks.
• Parcel Service - Delivery in 2-3 weeks
• Express Mail Service - Delivery in 3-5 business days

We use UPS, Spring, and Hong Kong Post as our carrier.

We will also email our customer a tracking number for all the orders shipped within 2 business days.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (Excluding the postage).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Return/Exchange Policy
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Contact our customer service prior to any returning items. Our service representative will assign you with a Returning Authorization Code.
2. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and attached the RAC code.
3. Ship prepaid via Hong Kong Post or Spring w/ Delivery Confirmation, or UPS.
Please retain your tracking number.

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
Are not opened
Are in their original packaging
Have original manufacturer information
Are not used, installed, or disassembled
Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:
Custom or special orders
Opened or used items

Once have received your return, we will conduct an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping related damage immediately to the carrier. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise can be returned for any reason if within 7 days of the ship date. Customer is responsible for return postage. honors a 180-day (6 month) warranty against defects on all merchandise expect for PIAA products. We offer Limited Lifetime Warranty for all PIAA products sold by This Warranty warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns them.  This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are no warranties of PIAA products or any part thereof, whether express or implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Some states do not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties. If a PIAA product is suspected of being defective, it must be submitted freight prepaid, to us. The receipt or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem must be included. The returned product will be inspected. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at our option.

Back Order Policy
Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) on back order will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order.

We check our information very carefully before updating our web site; however, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information including pricing without notice.
